Comprehensive Urgent Care Center is significantly less expensive than the hospital emergency room, and is a convenient alternative to your busy primary care physician’s office or ER. Visiting Comprehensive Urgent Care Center will save you both time and money without compromising the quality of medical care you receive.
We offer wide range of services including; well or sick check ups, school, camp, or sport physicals, sutures, minor burn care, incision and drainage of abscess, pap smear, STD’s treatment, contraception including depo shots, morning after pill, vitamin therapy, care of sprain, strains etc.
What should I do before coming to Urgent Care?
Some insurance plans require you contact your PCP before you visit an urgent care. If you do not have a PCP, you may call your insurance carrier to check if you need approval for an urgent care visit.
- Most HMO type plans do require pre-approval
- Most PPO type plans do not need pre-approval
What do I do in an emergency?
If you are having a life- or limb-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital or medical facility immediatly!
If you are unsure what level of care you need, please call your primary care physician or 911.
Do we provide Primary Care?
Yes we do provide primary care. If you do not have a PCP, or you simply wish to change your PCP, we will be glad to serve you. Our staff doctor is experienced in both urgent care and primary care problems.
Co-payment and Deductibles:
If your plan has a co-payment, it is due in full at the time of your visit. It is your responsibility to know about your deductibles if you have any.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday: 10 am to 7 pm
Friday and Saturday: 10 am to 2 pm
Sunday: Closed
